Billy had often filled in on guitar for Warrant and took over as touring guitarist after Keri (former touring guitarist) went off to play with Slash's Snakepit. Billy became a permanent member of the band up until Jani Lane's departure in January 2004. He is a native of the Cleveland area and a long time friend of Lane and the boys. He is the front man of his own band back in Cleveland, Kidd Wicked that has had some local success of its own.
