warrant 2k: Any projected release date for the new album ?
Jerry Dixon: I think we will have it out ( depending on the legal shit ) by March of 2001.

warrant 2k: Was the recent tour with Ratt a success and what was the biggest crowd you guys played in front of this time out ?
Jerry Dixon: I think it was a huge success and it was a great package. We did some outdoor shows that brought in 15,000 people. Those are great days.......

warrant 2k: How was Ratt to tour with, any problems at all ?
Jerry Dixon: I felt very comfortable with Ratt, there were no egos at all. We all became closer friends than we already were. I also think that Jizzy took them up to a new level and hope they keep kicking ass.

warrant 2k: Was Billy Morris just filling in on guitar for this tour or will he become a permanent member of the band ?
Jerry Dixon: We always want our players to eventually become full members, but it's like getting married so we like to try it out for a while before we sleep with it. It's very hard on the road and sometimes it takes many tours to know if someone can hang or snap so we hope Little Fighter can hang........

warrant 2k: Is it true you are going to do 20 questions for Metal Sludge ?
Jerry Dixon: Yes I did them last month......It was actually very funny.

warrant 2k: Is there ever going to be a re-union with Joey Allen and Steven Sweet and what would be the reason either way.......yes or no ?
Jerry Dixon: We would love to play with those guys and they both know it's up to them to make the move. I guess they are settled in on new lives so I can see why it would be hard for them to jump back into the chaos of rock. But never say never........

warrant 2k: Do you have any side projects going on outside of Warrant these days ? I know you had played some gigs with Krunk before and you and Erik had that Mama Kin band.
Jerry Dixon: At this time I'm just writing for Warrant and have started producing other bands again. So send me some tapes........

warrant 2k: If Jani Lane ever decides to leave Warrant would you and Erik keep the band going ?
Jerry Dixon: I'm not sure what would happen. I know he has wanted to do some other things but he keeps coming back to us. I think we both need each other in a weird way to make it work. At this stage we have realized how fortunate we are to still be in this business and to start over is almost impossible.

warrant 2k: How has the new drummer Mike Fasano fit in so far ?
Jerry Dixon: Mike is the coolest fuckkkkkkker ever. I like him because he is so into it and he brings us a breath of fresh air when all there is, is smoke.........

warrant 2k: Do you have any contact with former band member's and if so which one's ?
Jerry Dixon: I talk with Joey once a month.

warrant 2k: What package would you like to see Warrant tour with and are there any more tour plans for this year ?
Jerry Dixon: We are not in tour mode right now but we will be out next summer. When we get ready we will explore all of the possibilities. Poison would be a great fit if they go out but we will see.

warrant 2k: What bands do you like to listen to ?
Jerry Dixon: Stone Temple Pilots, Blind Melon, and radio.

warrant 2k: Is there still a Warrant fan club and if so how can people sign up for it ?

Jerry Dixon: No, it seemed like people just wanted to know what was going on with the band rather than actually being in a fan club and with access to the web we can now give info without having to mail a million letters etc... We still sell everything that people would get in the club but they can pick out just what they want on the official website's store.

warrant 2k: Any other Warrant news you want to let the fans know Jerry ?
Jerry Dixon: We are doing a few shows listed on our website in November and December so cummmmmmm on out.......
